FAQ

Do you serve food?

NO, at the moment we do not serve food. Guests must bring their own food including condiments and drinks supply.

There is a small supermarket for last minute purchases 8 kilometers away.

Do you have staff?

YES, we have 4 staff members. They are mainly there to do grounds keeping and assist various equipment upon your requests.

They are not trained to cook or serve guests any food or drinks.

Whats included in the stay?

Apart from the amenities mentioned, we have complimentary ice cube (10 packs), and filtered drinking water (5 large containers).

What do the rooms come with?

Rooms come with Towels and Bed Linens, WiFi, SmartTV, Airconditioning, Water Heater, Personal Refrigerator, Security Safe, Basic Bathing Essentials.

Staff accommodation?

YES, your staff will be provided with sleeping accommodation. We have a female staff room good for 3-4 and a male staff room good for 2.

Room-only bookings?

NO, at the moment we do not offer any room-only accommodation. Guest must book the entire place regardless of number of people in the group.

What can you arrange for us?

We can arrange for Lechon and a massage for an additional fee.

Bon-fire and watercraft launching are free of charge.

Extra person fee over 20 pax?

YES, our villa is most comfortable for 20 pax. A fee of P2,000 per extra person shall be applied. No additional sleeping arrangements will be provided. Children above 3 y.o. are part of the headcount.
