Sitting on a lush and expansive beachside property, the private enclave boasts of a 5-bedroom villa with spectacular ocean and infinity pool views. A separate salt water pool, where one can enjoy bathing in natural sea water is conveniently located within the villa.

Rooms
Each room has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with water heating system, personal refrigerator, air-conditioning, 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix, King-sized bed, Queen-sized floor mattress, and ample space for you to lounge. You’ll have all the privacy you need.
Location
Set in the heart of Cebu's longest shoreline that is the town of San Remigio. The Blue Agave is inspired by Colombian architecture with modern facilities, creating an ideal setting for a family or group of friends.
We are approximately 120 kilometers from Cebu City. There are two route options to get to the property, first is via East side through the busy towns of Danao and Sogod. The second, although slightly longer, is the more scenic route through the towns of Balamban and Tabuelan.

WEEKDAY - PHP 48,000 - PER NIGHT
WEEKEND - PHP 58,000 - PER NIGHT
PEAK - PHP 75,000 - PER NIGHT
Our exclusive villa is available for nightly rental with a maximum capacity of 20 people.
We require a minimum of 2 nights for each booking. We do not accept room-only bookings at this time.
25% of the entire booking is required upon reservation.
A one-time cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged to the refundable PHP 20,000 security deposit.
